Blac Chyna Granted a Restraining Order Against Rob Kardashian

If appears as if Rob can be saying, "Early birds get the worm". "I think she's following the proper procedure though, but at the same time I think it's not really her character so I hope she doesn't have people in her head". Blac Chyna is fed up with all these rumors as well, she recently made a decision to break the silence. Added to the dramas of the Kardashian-Jenner families, Brody Jenner's grudge against Rob Kardashian will only worsen the family's situation.

After ABC News reached out to the Kardashian family for comment, they claim that Kim responded by sending a non-disclosure agreement that Chyna signed a year ago - suggesting that she's breached the contract's terms.

But for all the pain her ex is putting her through, Chyna has no qualms with him still being involved in daughter Dream's life. "She sends me this video. of another man in our bed".

In a court declaration, Chyna also alleged that Kardashian physically abused her in April, making it hard to walk.

Rob Kardashian is demanding Blac Chyna return bling he bought for her before things went south for the reality TV couple.

He accused her of cheating on him, doing drugs, and giving his robes to other dudes.

In an interview that aired Monday on Good Morning America, Chyna said she was "devastated" by her ex's actions. This woman is so disrespectful and I don't care, ' he wrote.

She also posted of her showing off a diamond-encrusted watch and bracelets - presumably some of the expensive jewelry Rob claimed to have purchased for her. "Now that Dream is in the picture, her primary concern is Dream and Dream's well-being".

Meanwhile, the restraining order taken out against Rob is set to remain in place until the next hearing on August 8.
